Before You Call

How fast can someone get here?
For no-cool and no-heat calls in the Austin area, usually the same day — often within a few hours. Call and we'll tell you a real window before you hang up, not after.
Do you charge extra at night or on weekends?
No. Our rate is the same at 2pm on a Tuesday as it is at 11pm on a Saturday. Emergencies don't schedule themselves and we don't think you should pay a penalty for that.
Is the estimate really free?
For new system quotes, yes — no charge and no obligation. For a repair, there's a diagnostic fee to send a licensed tech out, and we credit it toward the repair if you go ahead with us.
Should I repair or replace?
Rough guide: if the system is under 10 years old and the repair costs less than a third of a replacement, repair it. Past 15 years with a major component failing, replacement usually wins. We'll show you the numbers for your specific unit and let you decide.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, on new system installations, with approved credit. We'll go through the monthly options with you during the free estimate so there are no surprises.
